My running journey began my senior year of high school where I ran short sprints. Soon after, I attended St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia where I also ran short sprints. My season was cut short after I injured my pelvis and quickly transferred to the University of Tampa. After that, running took a back seat for a while.
With gyms closing down in 2020, I needed to find another way to be active, so I decided to lace up my running shoes and go for a jog. I continued to run most days of the week and began to find my love for it again. Since I grew up in New Jersey, every November I watched the New York City Marathon and I thought to myself, why not? So I signed up for the virtual marathon for November 2020 and completed it in 3:59. Afterwards, I was wrecked. After recovering, I decided I would sign up again next year, but this time for the real thing. I researched fueling, hydration, recovery, etc. to become the best runner I could be and to be prepared for my 26.2 mile journey through the five boroughs. After completing my second marathon, I was hooked.

I documented my journey on social media and found many like minded people in the midst of it. I love hearing about people’s running journeys and sharing similar experiences. My social media presence has now grown to over 50k people across all platforms and my content focuses on my knowledge of running, workouts, fueling, motivation and gear recommendations.
Since 2020, I’ve run 10 marathons and many half marathons, 10Ks and 5Ks and I don’t have any plans on stopping. Each marathon build is an opportunity to learn more about yourself and while many think race day is the most important, the journey is where you grow the most. I’ve had perfect builds with horrible race days and I’ve had horrible builds with great race days. As a coach, I will be there to give my runners the best advice based on my personal experiences and help guide them towards their goals, whatever they may be, while also stressing the importance of balance and joy in everyday life. To me, running is a lifelong journey. It’s one that will never be perfect and my goal as a coach is to be the constant in my runner’s journeys through all the highs and lows this beautiful sport brings.
