Learn how to fuel properly for training and race day, including hydration, energy gels, and overall nutrition strategies to optimize performance and recovery.

Shoe & Gear Advice

Personalized recommendations on running shoes, apparel, and gear based on your individual needs, weather, and training requirements to keep you comfortable and injury-free.

6. Injury Advice & Guidance

Get expert advice on managing injuries, preventing setbacks, and applying recovery techniques like mobility work, strength training, rehab treatments, and rest strategies to keep you running strong.

Step by step

Step 1:
Fill out the questionnaire and schedule a call to chat about your running background and goals.

Step 2:

Accept the coaching invite and download the V.O2 app. Connect your compatible GPS watch and complete your training profile.

Step 3:

Your coach reviews everything and builds your personalized plan within 6–9 days.

Step 4:

Start training with ongoing support and weekly check-ins from your coach.

Stay in touch with your coach for guidance and feedback, and connect with other RunnersFix members for motivation and support.
