Step 1:
Make payment and fill out a questionnaire so we can learn about your background and goals.
Step 2:
You’ll get an email with detailed instructions. Accept the coaching invite and download the V.O2 app.
Step 3:
Sync your GPS watch and complete your training profile in the app.
Step 4:
Your coach will review everything and deliver your personalized 12-week plan within 6–9 days.
Once you’ve completed your 12-week plan, you can reach out to your coach if you’d like to continue working with us.
